The S$50 design deposit is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Before collecting the deposit, our team will typically conduct an initial consultation to determine whether your proposed concept is feasible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to commence the design due to an operational issue on our end, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Yes. You may choose not to proceed after approving the mockup. However, the design deposit will be forfeited as the design work would already have been completed.

Manufacturing timelines can occasionally be affected by factors across the production chain, including material availability, equipment issues, production scheduling, weather disruptions, power outages, logistics delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Our estimated timelines are based on historical production data and are continuously adjusted to account for these variables. Where possible, we build reasonable buffers into our estimates rather than providing overly optimistic completion dates. This means your order may sometimes be completed ahead of the estimated timeline. Should a significant delay occur, our team will provide updates and advise you of the revised expected completion date.

Yes. Our jerseys can be customised for corporate events, schools, organisations, clubs, communities, and other non-sporting purposes.

Football and general sports: We have two tiers of fabric; AEROCOOL, and AEROFLY. For AEROCOOL, the price is $19.90/top and $25.90/set including shorts for quantities between 24 and 35. For 36-71 pcs, the price is $18.90/top and $24.90/set. For 72 pcs and above, the price is $17.90/top and $22.90/set. For AEROFLY, do take note that there is a minimum order quantity of at least 12 tops. The price is $26.90/top and $32.90/set for 12-23pcs. Basketball jersey, the price is 29.90/set (top + shorts) for quantities between 24 and 35. We also have bulk discounts for larger quantities in the hundreds and thousands, so do let us know your requirements and our team will advise you separately.

Here's our process: *1. DEPOSIT* At the beginning of the project, we will collect a $50 deposit (PayNow UEN: PayNow UEN: 202511964M (KYNA Labs Pte Ltd). Due to our workload, we do not provide free mockups. This $50 also doubles up as compensation for the time and labor spent on the design process. *2. 2D MOCKUP (⌛1-3 DAYS)* We will then do up a tech pack, which consists of a 2D illustration and dimensions of their jerseys. This will usually take 1-3 days, excluding any revisions. Each customer is entitled to two rounds of minor revisions (no concept changes, only dimensions/graphic placements). Additional revisions will be charged according to our rates. 🔒Once the mockup is approved, the design will be locked and no further changes can be made. *3. COLOR TEST (⌛2-5 DAYS)* Once the mockup is approved, we will proceed with a color test to ensure the final product matches the color on the screen (with a 10% tolerance). This will take around 2-5 working days and is mostly dependent on how complicated your chosen design is. *4. REMAINDER PAYMENT + MASS PRODUCTION (⌛7-28 DAYS)* Once the colors are set, we will collect the remainder payment. Mass production, depending on the quantity and material used, will take between 7-28 working days. The overall manufacturing time is heavily dependent on how complex your design is, and how many orders from other teams we are currently working on. As manufacturing consists of numerous moving parts involving a dozen or so people, the ETA for completion will be subjected to change (either earlier or later). *5. SHIPPING (⌛2-4 DAYS)* Once the jerseys are manufactured, we will ship them to your provided address. *We do not provide self-collection.* Shipping is free for residential addresses. Do take note that we do not ship to commercial addresses that cannot be accessed freely 24/7. For our free delivery service, we are not able to accommodate deliveries at specified time slots. Our courier partners work 24/7 and will leave your parcel outside your address before sending you a WhatsApp message. 95% of deliveries are completed between 8am and 11pm, with 70% completed before 7pm. *6. TRACKING* You will receive a link to track your order details. All updates will be communicated through there, including any potential delays or changes in ETA.

Yes, all prices quoted are all-inclusive including free delivery, design, and production.

Yes, powered by our partnership with Grab PayLater. Customers can split payments into 4/8/12 monthly instalments at 0% interest, or pay $0 upfront and the full amount 30 days later. We collect a 5% commission to offset the Grab commission and admin fees. Rest assured, opting for our instalment plans do not affect the processing time or cause a delay in your order.

We accept PayNow (preferred), bank transfers, and debit/credit cards. Do note that there is a 4% surcharge for card payments. For customers who wish to accumulate miles and earn rewards on their credit cards, this is something worth considering, as the order value is high. Singapore customers can also opt for Grab PayLater instalments, subject to additional commission fees.

For jersey orders, we will collect a $50 deposit to kickstart the project. Before mass production, we will collect the remaining balance. Do note that in some cases, we may request a milestone payment between these two points. For example, if you order a 3D patch or socks — where manufacturing takes longer than the jerseys — our team may request payment for those items first so that production can begin earlier. There is no obligation to make any payments earlier, but adhering to our requests will help speed up the overall process, so it’s highly recommended.

Unless you are an enterprise customer or procuring for the government, full payment is required before production begins.

Yes, we will provide an invoice for you. Typically, a screenshot of the payment along with the invoice is sufficient for accounting purposes. However, if you or your company would like a receipt, we are happy to issue one upon request.

Yes, you can. We understand that sometimes some of your teammates may prefer long sleeves.

Yes, that’s perfectly alright. We understand that everyone has different budget requirements, and some may prefer using their existing shorts. However, we strongly recommend getting shorts from us as they are subsidised when purchased with the tops and will make the team look significantly more professional with minimal investment.

Yes, you can just order the shorts with us. The ala carte pricing (i.e. without the top) is $7.90 per piece, with a minimum order of 12 pcs. If your team has already made shorts with their tops previously, you are entitled to order them at the original price ($6), subject to additional shipping charges of around $4.90 per shipment.

Yes, you can. Before mass production, you will be given the opportunity to submit your sizes to us. We will help you sort and consolidate the sizes for everyone’s tops and shorts, and will let you approve before moving to production.

Due to the high MOQ for custom socks, we typically only provide off-the-shelf colors from our manufacturer (i.e. no custom colors). As such, we will advise you on which is the best option given your design choice.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on our production capacity and the complexity of your order. As a general guide, deadlines of under 10 days are usually not feasible, while orders requiring delivery within 21 days may be possible depending on the circumstances. If you are working with a tight deadline, please let your assigned representative know as early as possible and we will advise you accordingly.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an Excel order form for you to complete. Alternatively, you may import the spreadsheet into Google Sheets and share the completed document with us via a link.

Yes, there is no minimum order if you wish to reorder your kits in the future. For orders below 5 pieces, we are unfortunately unable to subsidise the shipping, so while the pricing remains the same for your subsequent orders, we will need to add an additional $4.90 for shipping. For 5 pieces and above, your shipping remains waived and free of charge.

Yes. Different fabric options can be used within the same jersey design. Please note that slight colour variations may occur between fabrics due to differences in material composition and how each fabric absorbs ink and reflects light. The minimum order quantity is 12 pieces per fabric type.
