We recommend sponsor logos to be just one color, maximum 2. This follows the latest industry trends. We strongly recommend just one logo so it does not break the design. We urge you to discuss with your sponsors and convince them to let us change the colors to fit the design, as there is nothing worse than a kit being ruined by a sponsor logo that does not fit the color scheme. We can still print sponsor logos that are of multiple colors/gradients, but the end result may not be ideal. Our designer will advise you during the design process.

You can choose whichever sponsor logos you want as long as you assume copyright for it.

Minor loose thread ends are generally not considered manufacturing defects and can simply be trimmed without affecting the integrity of the garment. However, clear manufacturing defects—such as misaligned panels, incomplete stitching, or unfinished seams—will be reviewed and replaced where appropriate. For defects involving sublimated printing that are not caused by external contamination, misuse, or subsequent damage, we will likewise replace the affected item where a production fault is confirmed. We strongly require a video of the unboxing process to help us verify the condition of the products upon arrival and identify any potential issues within our production process.

Yes. If the finished jersey does not correspond with the approved order sheet or artwork, we will replace the affected piece at no additional cost. For example, if your approved order sheet states BECKHAM 23 but the jersey is produced as BECKHAM 24, this would qualify for a replacement. In certain situations where the discrepancy is minor and you are happy to keep the affected item, we may alternatively offer a refund or other appropriate resolution.

Significant differences are extremely unlikely, as the dimensions, graphic placements, namesets, patterns, and other production elements are derived directly from the approved artwork.
Our production mockups are developed using Adult M as the reference size, which is then professionally graded across our range of more than 20 sizes. Due to differences in garment dimensions, panel shapes, and cutting between sizes, minor variations in graphic positioning and proportions are unavoidable. This is a standard characteristic of apparel manufacturing across the industry.
If you believe there is a significant discrepancy between your approved mockup and the finished product, please contact our support team. We will review the original production files and, if a production error is confirmed on our end, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Every order undergoes quantity checks at multiple stages of production and again before dispatch. If an item is reported missing, we will trace it through our production records and check with the relevant production and tailoring teams. If we confirm that an item was omitted from your final shipment, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected piece.

All orders undergo quality checks before dispatch and are securely packed with multiple layers of protective material to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We strongly require customers to record the complete unboxing process on video, particularly for larger orders. If an item arrives damaged, the footage allows us to determine whether the damage occurred during production, packing, or transit and, where applicable, submit a claim to the courier. If the damage is determined to be attributable to our production or packing process, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund.

If the wrong address was provided, and/or repeated delivery attempts are not successful, we will resend it at a cost of $50 per parcel.

All deliveries are to your doorstep by default. We cannot deliver to commercial addresses where access is restricted (e.g. gated offices, office buildings with operating hours).
We do accept if it’s a commercial location where the courier can freely access 24/7.

Yes, there is no minimum order if you wish to reorder your kits in the future. For orders below 5 pieces, we are unfortunately unable to subsidise the shipping, so while the pricing remains the same for your subsequent orders, we will need to add an additional $4.90 for shipping. For 5 pieces and above, your shipping remains waived and free of charge.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an Excel order form for you to complete. Alternatively, you may import the spreadsheet into Google Sheets and share the completed document with us via a link.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on our production capacity and the complexity of your order. As a general guide, deadlines of under 10 days are usually not feasible, while orders requiring delivery within 21 days may be possible depending on the circumstances. Due to the high MOQ for custom socks, we typically only provide off-the-shelf colors from our manufacturer (i.e. no custom colors). As such, we will advise you on which is the best option given your design choice.

Yes, you can. Before mass production, you will be given the opportunity to submit your sizes to us. We will help you sort and consolidate the sizes for everyone’s tops and shorts, and will let you approve before moving to production.

Yes, you can just order the shorts with us. The ala carte pricing (i.e. without the top) is $7.90 per piece, with a minimum order of 12 pcs. If your team has already made shorts with their tops previously, you are entitled to order them at the original price ($6), subject to additional shipping charges of around $4.90 per shipment.

Yes, that’s perfectly alright. We understand that everyone has different budget requirements, and some may prefer using their existing shorts. However, we strongly recommend getting shorts from us as they are subsidised when purchased with the tops and will make the team look significantly more professional with minimal investment.

Yes, we will provide an invoice for you. Typically, a screenshot of the payment along with the invoice is sufficient for accounting purposes. However, if you or your company would like a receipt, we are happy to issue one upon request.

Unless you are an enterprise customer or procuring for the government, full payment is required before production begins.

For jersey orders, we will collect a $50 deposit to kickstart the project. Before mass production, we will collect the remaining balance. Do note that in some cases, we may request a milestone payment between these two points. For example, if you order a 3D patch or socks — where manufacturing takes longer than the jerseys — our team may request payment for those items first so that production can begin earlier.
There is no obligation to make any payments earlier, but adhering to our requests will help speed up the overall process, so it’s highly recommended.

We accept PayNow (preferred), bank transfers, and debit/credit cards. Do note that there is a 4% surcharge for card payments. For customers who wish to accumulate miles and earn rewards on their credit cards, this is something worth considering, as the order value is high.

Here’s our process:
*1. DEPOSIT*
At the beginning of the project, we will collect a $50 deposit (PayNow UEN: PayNow UEN: 202511964M (KYNA Labs Pte Ltd). Due to our workload, we do not provide free mockups. This $50 also doubles up as compensation for the time and labor spent on the design process.
*2. 2D MOCKUP (⌛1-3 DAYS)*
We will then do up a tech pack, which consists of a 2D illustration and dimensions of their jerseys. This will usually take 1-3 days, excluding any revisions.
Each customer is entitled to two rounds of minor revisions (no concept changes, only dimensions/graphic placements). Additional revisions will be charged according to our rates.
🔒Once the mockup is approved, the design will be locked and no further changes can be made.
*3. COLOR TEST (⌛2-5 DAYS)*
Once the mockup is approved, we will proceed with a color test to ensure the final product matches the color on the screen (with a 10% tolerance). This will take around 2-5 working days and is mostly dependent on how complicated your chosen design is.
*4. REMAINDER PAYMENT + MASS PRODUCTION (⌛7-28 DAYS)*
Once the colors are set, we will collect the remainder payment. Mass production, depending on the quantity and material used, will take between 7-28 working days. The overall manufacturing time is heavily dependent on how complex your design is, and how many orders from other teams we are currently working on.
As manufacturing consists of numerous moving parts involving a dozen or so people, the ETA for completion will be subjected to change (either earlier or later).
*5. SHIPPING (⌛2-4 DAYS)*
Once the jerseys are manufactured, we will ship them to your provided address. *We do not provide self-collection.*
Shipping is free for residential addresses. Do take note that we do not ship to commercial addresses that cannot be accessed freely 24/7.
For our free delivery service, we are not able to accommodate deliveries at specified time slots.
Our courier partners work 24/7 and will leave your parcel outside your address before sending you a WhatsApp message. 95% of deliveries are completed between 8am and 11pm, with 70% completed before 7pm.
*6. TRACKING*
You will receive a link to track your order details. All updates will be communicated through there, including any potential delays or changes in ETA.

We have two tiers of fabric; AEROCOOL, and AEROFLY.
For AEROCOOL, the price is $19.90/top and $25.90/set including shorts for quantities between 24 and 35.

Yes. Our jerseys can be customised for corporate events, schools, organisations, clubs, communities, and other non-sporting purposes.

Manufacturing timelines can occasionally be affected by factors across the production chain, including material availability, equipment issues, production scheduling, weather disruptions, power outages, logistics delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Our estimated timelines are based on historical production data and are continuously adjusted to account for these variables. Where possible, we build reasonable buffers into our estimates rather than providing overly optimistic completion dates. This means your order may sometimes be completed ahead of the estimated timeline. Should a significant delay occur, our team will provide updates and advise you of the revised expected completion date.

Yes. You may choose not to proceed after approving the mockup. However, the design deposit will be forfeited as the design work would already have been completed.

The S$50 design deposit is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Before collecting the deposit, our team will typically conduct an initial consultation to determine whether your proposed concept is feasible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to commence the design due to an operational issue on our end, the deposit will be refunded in full.

We currently provide a true-to-scale 2D production mockup rather than a conventional 3D preview. Our mockups are built using the actual dimensions, placements, proportions, and artwork that will be used for production, allowing them to closely represent the finished jersey. While 3D mockups can provide a more realistic visual presentation, they are not necessarily dimensionally accurate unless developed using considerably more advanced 3D modelling systems. Our 2D approach prioritises production accuracy while remaining complimentary for our customers.

We generally accept two rounds of revisions to add new graphics, adjust dimensions, and reposition the graphics. Before doing the mockup, we will confirm the concept you want from our catalog. If you decide to change the concept after the mockup is produced, we will charge $50/hour for further changes. For example, if you originally picked a red design but then want us to switch to a golden dragon design, we will charge accordingly to compensate for our time.
Remember, we offer complimentary design work for all our customers, so we seek your cooperation to ensure our workflow remains efficient and is not affected by constant changes and revisions.

Yes, we need the original design files you used in your mockups. They must also be of reasonable quality (at least Full HD resolution). If you’re unable to provide the original design files, we will have to reassemble the design using assets available to us to recreate a similar concept. The file type is not that important as we can accept almost every file type or format.

We accept all formats, including jpeg, png, pdf, svg, tiff, webp, and source files like psd, ai, afdesign, and cdr, among others. If your graphics are done on Canva, kindly share the project link with us so we can process and export your graphics on our end.
We highly recommend that you send us your source files for maximum print quality. If that’s not possible, please send the highest-quality image you have. The better the original image, the quicker we can proceed, as it minimises time spent on post-processing.

Yes. Special characters can be used, provided they are supported by the selected font.

We offer a library of over 150 of the world’s most popular jersey fonts, along with KYNA’s own collection of exclusive custom-designed fonts.
During the design stage, we will provide our font catalogue for you to choose from.

Yes. We offer a logo integration service for a one-time fee of S$50. This service is available exclusively with KYNA Exclusive Fonts, as third-party fonts cannot be modified to accommodate custom logo integration.

Certainly. We can assist in sourcing a font that matches your requirements. However, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that the chosen font has the appropriate commercial usage rights.

Yes, we can include sponsor logos. There are no additional charges for sponsor logos unless you request the namesets to be heat-pressed vinyl instead of sublimation.

It’s quite common for teams to lack high-resolution copies of their logos, but don’t worry — KYNA’s world-class design studio will help resolve this in one of three ways:
First, we will try to vectorise your logo. This works 80% of the time and produces serviceable results if the image you provide is of decent quality.
If the logo contains gradients and cannot be vectorised, we will proceed with an 8K upscale. This uses our algorithms to enhance your images, making them crystal clear even when zoomed in 10x.
If the original image is simply too poor in quality — blurry and out of focus — we will attempt to recreate the logo for you. There may additional charges depending on the complexity of the logo. Kindly send them to our team on WhatsApp and we will advise you accordingly.
It is worth noting that we have a 100% satisfaction rate when it comes to recreating our customers’ blurry logos, with many pleasantly shocked at the accuracy of the end result.

Yes, you can include up to 12 logos, be it club logos or sponsor logos. You can customise the design in whatever way you want.
There are no size or color limitations – as long as it can be printed, we can do it for you.

Yes, we have a logo catalog consisting of over 100 templates. You can pick one that you like, and we will help you adjust the colors and wording. Our design team will send this to you once you get in touch with them. This is completely free of charge. For larger edits (i.e. changing the graphic from say a falcon to a lion, we charge an additional $5-$10 depending on complexity).
We can also design a logo from scratch, but at an additional cost, and is subjected to our avaiability. Prices start from $50.
We are able to also rescue AI-generated logos and turn them into proper, well-balanced logos with minimal artefacts. Prices for that start at $20, so it’s a much more cost-effective way of getting a good quality graphic.
All logos created by us are of extremely high resolution, which ensures that they still remain clear even when printed on large surfaces beyond your jerseys.

It depends on the design selected. We maintain several design catalogues, some of which allow colours to be freely customised, while others have certain restrictions to preserve the integrity of the original artwork. Our design team will advise you on the available colour options before the design deposit is collected.

No, we can print out all colors in the CMYK color space.

Yes. We are experienced in converting AI-generated concepts into production-ready jersey designs. As AI-generated artwork is not always technically suitable for garment production, our designers may recommend or make minor adjustments to the artwork, patterns, proportions, or construction. Wherever possible, the original theme, visual direction, and overall concept will be preserved.

Yes, of course! Whether it’s hand-drawn or a rough mockup, we are able to take your ideas and professionalise them for you. As long as your drawings communicate your vision, we will turn them into reality, just as we have for many of our customers before you.

Yes, of course — we’ve done this numerous times for our customers. In 90% of cases, if the design is simple and/or we have it in our database, simply show us an image and our design team will replicate it for you.
In the remaining 10% of cases where the design is too complex, we will propose a similar concept that we can create from scratch for you.

In 95% of cases, the quality of the logos provided by our customers are simply not good enough. They are not sharp enough to be printed, so if we use your logo without doing any treatment, the logos and graphics will come out blurry, especially if they’re printed out at larger sizes.
Vectorisation is a process that helps turn these logos into lossless quality, meaning that no matter which resolution your print them at, the graphics will come out clear and sharp. This also allows us to take full advantage of our disgustingly good printer, which are able to print out graphics at a superior density, allowing for a clearer image.
However, not all graphics can be vectorised, especially those with gradients. Photos can’t be vectorised as well. To still allow us to maximise the printing quality, we will do an 8K upscaling process using the latest AI algorithms, so your photos will still appear clear when printed. The difference is especially pronounced at large print sizes.

No. Designs in our catalogue are not sold on an exclusive basis, which means they may be selected by multiple teams.
That said, with a library of over 1,000 designs, the likelihood of two teams choosing the same design is relatively low.

For example, a European M size might be our Asian XL. It’s important to measure an existing piece of clothing to match our size chart.
We do not provide reprints if the wrong size is ordered unless our apparel width doesn’t match the size chart (within ±2cm tolerance).

Simply take an existing piece of clothing that fits you well and measure the width (pit-to-pit). Then, match it to our size chart. For example, if your pit-to-pit width is 50cm, the closest would be M size. If you prefer a looser fit, go up one size.
Our customers have said that the jerseys fit snugly, so sizing up is recommended for those who prefer looser fits.

For shipping, all orders are securely packed in lightweight waterproof wrapping and reinforced with multiple layers of packing tape to withstand adverse weather conditions and courier handling.

Yes. Our jerseys are printed using OEKO-TEX® certified inks, which are tested to ensure they are safe for skin contact and free from harmful substances.

For jerseys produced via sublimation, they will not crack or peel over time, as the graphics are printed directly onto the fabric itself.
For jerseys that have graphical elements heat pressed on, we use only the best materials that are extra durable. As long as you wash your jersey inside out, ideally hand wash or use the cold program on your washing machine, avoid using softener or bleach, and do not put it in the dryer, your jerseys will remain in good condition for a long time.

It is extremely, extremely unlikely for the colors to fade after washing as they are already baked into the fabric, unless you use bleach or softeners.

Sublimation is the best for durability as it does not fade, crack, or peel after washing, unlike jerseys where the graphics are heat pressed.

Yes. Depending on our workload, patches may take longer. Typically, add about 2 weeks more for rubber patches, and TPU patches. 3D textured prints may take an additional week or less.

TPU patches are made of a blend of rubber and plastic, combining the best properties of both. They can be shiny.
Rubber patches are made of rubber, slightly heavier, with a solid look. However, colors are limited, so designs can’t always be reproduced exactly unless they’re black and white. Likewise with embroidered patches.

While we print our customers’ team logos and badges via sublimation, we are able to offer 3D badge options at an additional cost. We have lightweight silicone patches, TPU patches, shiny TPU badges like what Chelsea uses, rubber patches, semi-woven patches, and embroidery patches. Almost all professional teams uses TPU or silicone as of 2026 due to its lightweight nature.

The shorts can be in any color you specify. You are not limited to just ready-made colors like other companies.

Jersey numbers can contain up to 10 digits. If required, the numbers will be proportionally compressed or reduced in size to ensure they fit appropriately.

There is no fixed character limit. However, longer names may require the text to be compressed or scaled down to fit the available space. In cases where the name is exceptionally long or requires extensive manual adjustment, a small fee may apply to cover the additional artwork time.

Yes, definitely! Not only that, but you can also customise names and/or numbers not just at the back, but also at the front and on the sleeves. We are happy to accommodate all unorthodox graphic placements!

Yes. We can remove KYNA branding for bulk orders of 50 pieces or more per design.

Our cuffs are not ribbed by default to reduce the weight of the jersey. However, they can be requested at an additional cost of $1.80 per jersey should you want a more premium look.
Otherwise, regular sewing is perfectly fine to keep the weight of the jersey as low as possible. Many teams avoid ribbed cuffs for their player issue kits to make their jerseys as light as possible.

We use sublimation by default. We are also able to use DTF or vinyl heat press depending on your request.

Generally, no. Most of our standard fabrics use a tightly constructed knit without large perforations, which helps minimise transparency even when the fabric becomes wet. However, as with any lightweight performance fabric, some degree of transparency may still occur with very light colours under certain lighting conditions.
